Recurring programs run month-to-month by default — no long-term commitment required. We can also lock a longer contract term in exchange for a better per-vehicle rate. Either way, you get the same dedicated slot, the same volume pricing structure, and Daniel as your single point of contact.
02Is there a minimum number of vehicles for a fleet program?
Yes. Fleet pricing is designed for accounts with at least 4 vehicles on a recurring cadence. If you’re a smaller operation, our standard detail pricing is the right starting point and we can move you onto a fleet program once you cross the threshold.
03Do you come on-site, or do we drop vehicles at your shop?
On-site. Glaze is a fully mobile operation — we pull up to your dealership lot, rental yard, corporate parking facility, or HOA garage with everything needed. You never have to shuttle vehicles to a shop, and your fleet stays put during the visit.
04How wide is the geographic coverage across San Diego County?
We cover the full county — from Oceanside and Carlsbad down through San Diego, Coronado, Chula Vista, and east to El Cajon. Recurring programs typically stay within one to two service zones per visit; if your fleet sprawls wider, we’ll scope the schedule so each lot gets a consistent slot.
05Can we cancel or pause a fleet program?
Yes. Programs can be paused or cancelled with two weeks’ notice — no penalty. If your fleet temporarily shrinks (seasonal rental rotations, off-cycle inventory), we’ll reschedule rather than bill for vehicles that aren’t there.
